The hotel had a central location and it was extremely close to Bb King's. The room was new-fashioned, spotless and had central heating, a private safe and multi-channel TV. The breakfast was good, the check in was easy.

We loved the original Madison, improved in Hu Hotel. Great coffee and breakfast snacks. Close to dinner and show. Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Brilliant surprise for our anniversary, with rose petals and gorgeous flowers. Valet parking and comfortable bedding. Enjoyed mingling with other guests on the rooftop with live DJ entertainment. Nice rooftop bar.

I like everything, the staff was so nice, I contacted the hotel when I reserved the room because I was wanting to do something special for my wife of 11yrs, when arrived at the door EVERYTHING was so brilliant, everyone was nice and not to mention the river view, rose petal on the floor, the gorgeous flowers, there was so much. If like to thank them so much.

The room was very large, the bed was super comfortable and despite the renovation on the ground floor it was a quiet and pleasant stay.
The ground floor has been completely renovated. Therefore, no breakfast was offered. For the price should be offered a free parking. (Valet parking 29 dollars, adjacent parking garage 15 dollars / 24 hours)

The atmosphere and rooms at Hu Hotel Memphis were great. The Downtown Memphis district is definitely worth checking out. I had a great time hanging out in the city center, which is conveniently located within walking distance of the hotel. The rooftop bar at the hotel is absolutely fantastic.

No communication on hidden cost. Room was 248.10 card was process for 348.10 then checking out charged card 248.10 which you would think 100 credit should been applied after check out instead of charging card 596.00.
